I emailed Trust Web Host this morning about upgrading my storage to 10GB instead of 5GB, they replied me within 5 minutes telling me it's been upgraded and it was a freebie
By comparison, I wanted to cancel my hosting with dinahosting.com because of limitations and bad service, they told me they don't refund unused months of hosting. Therefore stealing my money.
