Customer support is very important to us and we are proud at the level of support we provide to our clients. We provide our customers with fast, friendly and efficient support. Our response times are first class, aiming to reply to trouble tickets within 30 minutes during the hours of 8 am - 6 pm, and within two-four hours outside of these times. To ensure high availability to all our services we monitor our web servers and this data is publicly available for all.
